Darcie Hossack is a graduate of the Humber School for Writers. The columns that accompany these recipes appeared in eVent magazine from 2003 through 2008, and now appear in the "Bliss" secion of the Kelowna Daily Courier (Thursdays) and Kamloops This Week (Fridays).
