Pistachio "Salad"

1 small pkg Kraft Pistachio pudding mix
1 cup milk
1 cup whipping cream
1 can (20oz) crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups 2% cottage cheese
¼ cup chopped pistachios
Prepare pudding according to package directions, substituting one cup of the milk for whipping cream. Fold in crushed pineapple. Fold in cottage cheese. Scrape into a serving bowl and garnish with chopped pistachios.
