Santa Fe Ranch Dip

1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 tbs chopped fresh chives
2 tbs salsa (optional)
1 chopped, seeded jalapeno (optional)
1 tbs Cajun powder
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
kosher salt/fresh ground pepper to taste
In a small bowl, whisk together first three ingredients. Stir in herbs and seasonings. Cover and refrigerate for two hours to let flavours develop. Serve with assorted fresh vegetables.
