ricotta with pine nuts and honey

1 cup ricotta cheese
3 tbs pine nuts
4 tsp honey

Place pine nuts in a small baking dish and toast in a 350-degree oven for about 4 minutes, until lightly golden. Divide ricotta between four dessert dishes. Sprinkle with pine nuts and drizzle with honey.
